Shipping Time and Rules
  • The shipping time of the product is affected by inventory. Please refer to the estimated shipping time displayed on the product page at the time of purchase. If an order contains multiple items, the shipping time depends on the item with the longest estimated shipping time in the order.
  • Since an order will not be split into multiple packages before the estimated shipping time, if you have special requirements for the arrival time, it is recommended to place separate orders (set products are processed in the same way as multiple-item orders and will not be split for shipping).
  • Orders will be dispatched before the estimated shipping time, and the delivery time depends on the courier delivery time.

Please carefully check the shipping information before payment. If you fill in the address incorrectly due to personal negligence, please contact customer service in time, and we will try our best to contact the courier for negotiation.
Please note:
  1. If the ordering country is inconsistent with the receiving country, it cannot be modified. Please select the page consistent with the receiving country to place a new order;
  2. If an address modification application is made after the order package has been dispatched, the modification cannot be guaranteed to be successful, and the risks and costs arising from the address modification shall be borne by the customer.
*Shenzhen Xintian Technology Co., Ltd. will not be liable for delays or returns caused by the following reasons:
  1. Delays in delivery due to remote areas and inconvenient transportation;
  2. Package delay or failure to deliver due to buyer's reasons (such as changing the delivery address, unknown address, incorrect address, inability to contact, rejection, no consignee, etc.);
  3. Delay caused by aviation security inspection resulting in inability to normally load the flight or change to land transportation;
  4. Delay in delivery due to delivery obstacles (delivery address does not allow delivery personnel to enter, no delivery on rest days/public holidays, etc.);
  5. Delay caused by force majeure factors ("Force Majeure" refers to unforeseeable, unavoidable or insurmountable objective circumstances and other objective circumstances that affect the delivery time and cause package delivery delays, including but not limited to national or regional air or ground transportation system control or interruption, communication system interference or failure, government actions, changes in postal authorities' policies, war, earthquake, typhoon, flood, fire, heavy rain, fog and other similar events).

After the order is shipped, you will receive a notification email or text message containing the tracking number (you need to check the text message notification when placing the order). Click the link in the email or text message to jump to the courier company's official website to check the package delivery process.
Inspection and Signing
Shenzhen Xintian Technology Co., Ltd. guarantees the integrity of the outer packaging of the goods when they leave the factory. To protect your rights and interests, it is recommended that you inspect the outer packaging of the package when you receive it. If you find any damage or deformation, please do not open the package and contact customer service immediately to solve the problem. If the outer packaging is severely damaged, please reject the package on the spot. If you have signed for it or it has been signed for by others, it is deemed that the outer packaging, quantity and contents of the goods are correct. To protect your rights and interests, we strongly recommend that you shoot a complete unpacking video and confirm whether all items are received according to the packing list. If you find that the goods are missing or damaged after unpacking, please contact customer service within 24 hours of receipt to solve the problem quickly.
