Return Policy
Applying for Return Service:
Aerial drones, industrial applications, handheld photography equipment (within 30 days from the date of signing for receipt), outdoor power supplies (within 15 days from the date of signing for receipt), and peripherals (within 7 days from the date of signing for receipt) can be returned if they meet one of the following conditions:
  1. The product packaging, accessories, gifts, and instruction manual are complete, and there is no artificial damage. The product has not been activated or used, and it does not affect secondary sales.
  2. Performance failures due to non-artificial damage are found in the product.
We reserve the right to refuse the customer's return request in the following situations:
× Return requests are made after exceeding UniFuture Space Technology specified return period from the date of signing for receipt;
× The returned items are incomplete, the packaging, accessories, gifts, or instruction manual are incomplete, or the appearance is damaged due to artificial reasons;
× Valid purchase vouchers or receipts cannot be provided during the return process, or the vouchers are forged or altered;
× Product quality issues caused by collisions, burns not related to product quality itself, artificial modifications, foreign objects (water, oil, sand, etc.), incorrect installation, or failure to use and operate the product according to the instruction manual;
× Labels, machine serial numbers, waterproof marks, anti-counterfeiting marks, etc., are torn or altered;
× Products damaged due to unavoidable factors such as fires, floods, lightning strikes, traffic accidents, and other irresistible forces;
× After contacting Shenzhen Xintian Technology to confirm the return service, the corresponding items are not shipped within 7 natural days;
× Other situations described in the policy.
